Our Partners - Service Providers & Vendors

More than just a bagel store, Bohemia Bagel was the first restaurant in Prague to offer bottomless coffee and soda, and also the first to separate smokers from non-smokers. They have one of the broadest choices of familiar and eclectic bagel sandwiches that you will ever find, plus 10 types of soup and 6 types of desserts.  All are home-made and contain no additives, preservatives or unnatural ingredients. This means that everything is fresh and tasty!

Bohemia Bagel has partnered with Education Central Europe to provide breakfast and catered coffee breaks and lunches since our inception in 2003.  Vegetarian options are always available, and Bohemia Bagel's commitment to Western levels of service and quality means that both locations soon become a favorite location for ECE program participants to grab a cup of coffee, or check their e-mail. During the longer programs, ECE students also have access to dedicated computer terminals several days each week, allowing for greater flexibility in accomplishing class assignments.

Each weekday morning, the editors of the Prague Daily Monitor sample the local media and international news to offer readers an up-to-date look at events affecting the Czech Republic. Links to the most important stories are delivered free via e-mail by 8am.

With the Prague Daily Monitor, you get the essential information you need: news from Czech business and politics, weather forecasts, transport updates, the latest exchange rates, and financial markets. Plus, you also get the latest on Czech and international art, local dining, the current cinema, and a wide range of local and world opinions.

Education Central Europe students can get it all delivered free each weekday morning. All students registered in one of our programs will be required to subscribe to the Prague Daily Monitor and to browse the stories each weekday in order to stay abreast of current events in the Czech Republic.
